HELEN ZILLE TO EMBARK ON STATE OF THE NATION TOUR

Next week, following the launch of the DA's election campaign this Saturday in Soweto, DA Leader Helen Zille will embark on the first leg of a "state of the nation" tour to the Free State, KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape.On Monday 2 February in the Free State, Helen Zille will meet the DA's provincial campaign team in Bloemfontein before visiting Botshabelo to meet with DA activists where she will put up the first DA poster of the election campaign. In the evening, Helen Zille will address a public meeting at Brandfort City Hall.
On Tuesday 3 February in KwaZulu-Natal, Helen Zille will conduct door-to-door visits in Lindelani where she will inspect an area where local children have become sick due to raw sewerage weeping through the ground as a result of faulty construction of the sewerage system. She will then travel to Newlands East where she will listen to residents' concerns over the unfair allocation of houses in the area. In the evening, Helen Zille will address a public meeting in Umhlanga.
In the Eastern Cape, Helen Zille will deliver an address at a public meeting at the Orient Theatre in East London and campaign door-to-door in Parkside and Buffalo Flats.
