The DA calls on the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Richard Baloyi to establish a commission of inquiry to investigate the deaths 33 initiates in Mpumalanga and Limpopo. The commission of inquiry must investigate the causes of these deaths as well as recommend remedial measures to prevent them from ever happening again. Following a full-scale investigation, it is imperative all guilty parties are held accountable.
