Today, 07 May 2024, Democratic Alliance (DA) Federal Leader, John Steenhuisen, will take the Rescue South Africa Tour to East London, one of South Africa’s worst-run and derelict metropolitan municipalities.
Steenhuisen will outline the DA’s plan to rescue this collapsed metro from decades of bad governance and neglect, bringing a message of hope to East London residents as we take to the polls on 29 May.
The Rescue South Africa Tour will be the DA’s biggest campaign tour ever, engaging voters across the country at events which include impressive indoor seated rallies and stage shows, musical performances, political speeches, and exciting audio-visual content.
Steenhuisen will be joined by, Eastern Cape Provincial Leader, Andrew Whitfield, and DA Chief Whip, Siviwe Gwarube.
