Please find attached English and Afrikaans soundbites by the DA National Spokespersons Solly Malatsi MP and Werner Horn MP.
The DA march in protest against the ANC’s new Race Quotas, is well on track for Wednesday next week.
DA Leader, John Steenhuisen, along with party leadership and thousands of supporters, will lead the demonstration through the streets of Cape Town, heading to Parliament – the scene of the ANC’s crime.
We invite all South Africans to take part in this march to put a stop to the growing racialisation of opportunity and resources, at the hands of the ANC Government, before it is too late.
Media representatives are invited to attend and cover the event.
Details are as follows:
Date: Wednesday, 26 July
Time: 9:30 am (Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time for setup)
Location: Darling Street Parking Lot, Cape Town
The march makes clear that the DA will not tolerate the ANC’s new Race Quotas, which we believe will divide the country on the basis of race.
