Today, Monday 17 July 2023, the Democratic Alliance’s KwaZulu-Natal Deputy Leader, Sithembiso Ngema, Provincial Chairperson, Dean Macpherson, eThekwini Councillor, Sibo Sibisi and DA Provincial Spokesperson on Social Development, Mmabatho Tembe will visit the Kennedy Road informal settlement after a fire destroyed 1000 homes and left one child dead.
The DA delegation will assess the extent of the destruction and what assistance the party can offer in eThwkwini, provincially and nationally to assist those residents who have lost everything.
