‘Our Roads Infrastructure Management team in the City Bowl and surrounding area will be very busy resurfacing roads in Gardens and at Regent Circle in Sea Point over the next few weeks. As a local resident I look forward to enjoying the new and improved roads in this district. Temporary deviations will be in place to accommodate some of these works, but I ask that road users please remain patient with our teams as they try complete the job as efficiently as possible. This is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain Cape Town’s vast road network which is one of our biggest assets,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Urban Mobility, Councillor Rob Quintas.

Commuters are advised to be cautious and to slow down when approaching the areas where work is under way.
