DA-led Breede Valley built netball courts at Riverview Flats, Zwelethemba and Avian Park.

In DA-led Breede Valley 676 smoke alarms have been installed in Avian Park and the New Mandela informal settlement in Zwelethemba.

The Municipality has completed the fencing of the community garden, soup kitchen and new neighbourhood centre in Riverview.
