On Monday, 4 April 2022 the Breede Valley Municipality together with construction teams began with the servicing of 38 erven in the Johnsonspark area.
The role of BVM in this project is to provide civil engineering (water, sewer, roads, stormwater and erf connections) and electric infrastructure to the 38 new erven.
We are excited about this project and anticipate that the project will be completed by August 2022.
** Please note that these municipal erven are not currently for sale. The plots are currently being serviced and will be offered for sale to the public at a later stage.
