The DA in Cape Agulhas applauds the Western Cape Government for the official opening of the Mill Park Deferred Ownership Housing Project in Bredasdorp.
This project is part of the provincial government’s Deferred Ownership pilot model and linked to the Help Me Buy A Home Programme, where households with an income between R3 501 and R22 000 per month may qualify for a housing subsidy.
We are very pleased with the efforts of the DA-led Western Cape Government, together with the Cape Agulhas Municipality, for giving people dignity by providing access to affordable housing opportunities for residents in the province.
