Hessequa Municipality has launched a communications survey aimed at assessing the community’s level of satisfaction with the municipal communications system and to identify ways to improve or develop communications between the residents and the municipality.
The council launched the survey as part of an initiative to ensure that the service delivery programs are being implemented and that residents have the opportunity to react or respond to matters that affect them and their communities.
The survey will be conducted on a random sample basis and the residents are requested to cooperate in completing a short list of questions. No personal information or documentation of any kind will be required to answer the 11 questions in the survey,
