The Democratic Alliance in the Eastern Cape is proud of the success of DA-led Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality after it improved it’s scorecard on customer satisfaction and trust. The latest South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi) for municipalities, shows that Nelson Mandela Bay has earned the third spot as the best and most trusted municipality.
