To have free use of computers and the internet at these e-Centers please visit them at the Thembalethu Thusong Centre, Waboomskraal Thusong Centre, Thembalethu library, and Conville library.
Cape Access (E- Centre) offers free computer use, internet access, basic computer training, accredited E- skills training, free access to government information and services, typing and rationed printing and you will have access to job, business and research information. The community can access jobs online and students can do applications for bursaries at the center.
