• Reginald is your DA candidate. He is a proud resident of Pietermaritzburg, Ward 25.
• He started his career at Mitchells Chartered Accountants in Administration and Accounts. He then joined the South African Football Association as an Accounts Officer.
• He is currently a Co-Director of Khagwa Group, a sport consultancy business that deals with scouting, training and development of Athletes and coaches.
• He was the Secretary and Executive Member of SAFA Umsunduzi.
• He currently freelances as a Sport Coach and Radio Sports Commentator.

MY PRIORITIES:

• Service delivery: I will ensure that we have a functional ward committee. I will create platforms where our residents can voice their concerns and make inputs. I will work with the municipality and relevant departments to ensure that our residents receive only the best services.
• Illegal dumping: I will create a clear communication line with the residents where they can report illegal dumping. I will escalate this to the relevant department and give our residents feedback. I will also do regular site visits. Every person has the right to live in an area that they can be proud of.
• Planning and development: I will make sure that the correct development procedures are followed and that our community is kept informed. I will represent our community on issues facing our ward.
• Unemployment: I will ensure that any public works programmes go the unemployed residents of our ward. I will form excellent relationships with our local businesses and NGOs, to strengthen them in a way to create more job opportunities. I will create a media platform for our local businesses where I can assist to market them.
