Your DA candidate, Sonia Swanepoel, has been a proud resident of Randfontein for the past 34 years.

She started her career at Devine Curls as a hairdresser and cashier. She then joined Tex Security as a department administrator. She is currently a general administrator at the DA offices in Rand West North.

She is the secretary of the local CPF. She is the chairperson of the Ward 4 DA branch. She enjoys painting and camping.

My priorities:

• Service delivery – I will work closely with the municipality and relevant departments to ensure that our residents receive only the best services, as this is what residents are entitled to.
• Streetlights – I will compile a list of streetlights that are not working and hand this to the relevant department to be fixed. I will give our residents feedback on the progress.
• Freshwater leakage – I will work with the relevant department to ensure that these leaks are attended to and repaired in a timely manner.
• Unemployment – I will work with our local business owners to promote job creation and ensure that the community is aware of any vacancies that may exist.

United we can turn things around, but only a vote for the DA can #RescueSA.
