• Florence is the DA’s candidate and is a proud resident of Wilro Park, Ward 83.
• She was a Transformation Consultant to former President Nelson Mandela.
• She earned an honorary doctorate for her research and work in social development and transformation.
• A Social Psychologist with a private practice in Wilro Park, she provides free counselling services to vulnerable people of Wards 83, 85 and surrounding areas.
• She managed various social projects and is a Leadership Coach, motivating the youth and unemployed.
• She is a facilitative partner at Kruin Community Voluntary Association (KCVA) and a member of the Business Forum in Ward 83.
• She is the proud mother of 2 sons and enjoys reading, gardening, cooking and baking.

MY PRIORITIES:

• I wish to assure residents that I will work tirelessly to communicate their service needs to Municipal departments and track the progress until it is resolved.
• I pledge to work in partnership with the relevant neighbourhood watch organisations, security groups and community forums to improve living conditions for all residents in Ward 83.
• I will continue the good work that late Councillor Suzanne Clarke has done in our community and help to continue making progress that will benefit all residents.
• I will continue to teach people job-hunting skills, how to make life choices and how to deal with the impact of crime.
