• Mandla “Bhiza” Gogo is the DA’s candidate for ward 9.
• He has always lived in Flagstaff Sphaqeni, ward 9, and was elected chairperson of the ward’s business owners’ association.
• Mandla worked as an educator at Mfundisweni Senior Secondary School and a branch manager for Old Mutual before opening his own gym.
• He studied at the Cicira College of Education.
• Mandla and his wife, Nonkuthalo, have three children, Abongile , Asathi  and Siviwe.

 

I will fight for:

• Find jobs for the youth so that they do not become victims of substance abuse.
• Bring running water to our community.
• Improve our roads by working with the municipality to improve infrastructure.
• Finish the bridge that connects our villages.
• Bring housing to our area which has always been neglected.
• Help old people access the mobile clinic around Ngqandulo and Ndukudeni.
