  • Promoting the brand of the DA and establishing the DA as a viable political choice in the

Issue Driving Researcher – Parliament

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Becoming a subject expert on assigned portfolios through comprehensive research;
  • Working alongside members of Parliament to ensure that issues in the assigned
    portfolios are strategically driven in Parliament;
  • Proactively identify issues, and identify new angles with a view of driving them in the
    media;
  • Liaising with the press office, legislative unit, Chief Whip’s office and policy unit to
    ensure that issues are effectively driven across all platforms.
